Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, regular follow-ups, and personalized service.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Kon Ant’s product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovative Selling Techniques: Explore and implement new sales techniques and tools, such as virtual reality showrooms, AI-driven customer insights, and automated follow-up systems.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement of our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the wellness, educational, or online services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

○ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

○ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

○ Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

○ Ability to analyze market trends and sales performance data.

○ Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

○ Proficient in using digital sales platforms, such as WhatsApp Business, Zoom, and e-commerce tools.
