Multimedia Designer
We are seeking a highly creative Multimedia Designer who will be responsible for the design and production of a wide variety of digital and print content. The ideal candidate will manage tasks related to landing pages, event branding, social media designs, and multimedia content creation. You will work closely with marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with our brand identity and business goals, while taking ownership of your quality of work in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landing Pages and Web Design:
- Create, test, and enhance landing pages for various courses and campaigns.
- Design banners and posters for Different Web Platforms.
- Provide on-hand editing and adjustments as needed, ensuring that landing pages are up to date and optimized for conversions.
- Event Branding and Print Materials:
- Design booklets, banners, rollups, giveaways, and other event-related print materials.
- Create visual designs for welcome packages and integration packages and other post event related experiences.
- Other design materials related to events, not specifically printable.
- Social Media and Campaign Design:
- Design visual assets for social media campaigns including new course launches, events, paid ads, and personal branding.
- Create thumbnails for Reels, YouTube, and Telegram messages as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative designs that support social media strategies.
- Brand Image and Identity:
- Build, maintain, and upgrade branding guides for internal use and external partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs, both digital and print.
- Create design assets, such as presentation templates and other related materials for the team usage.
- Multimedia Content Creation:
- Create reels including B-roll footage, animation, subtitling, and title overlays.
- Edit videos ranging from 5 to 30 minutes, ensuring high-quality production for social media, courses, and internal use.
- Design intros/outros for company videos and courses.
- Produce 2D animations such as popups, small graphs, icons, and more.
Overview of Role:
As a key designer in a startup environment, you will take full ownership of your design quality, as there is no art director in place. You will need to be proactive and ensure that all work meets high standards, while collaborating with the marketing team for ideation and creative direction, particularly for social media and other creative designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- 2-3 Years proven experience in 2D design, web design and multimedia, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in creating landing pages and managing multimedia content.
- Strong understanding of branding and ability to create cohesive design solutions.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly with marketing and product teams.
- Good experience in engaging with marketing teams discussions and the ability to transmute ideas into a final design product.
- The ability to take feedback and work with it to deliver the final product on time.
- The ability to work in a fast dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
