We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who aligns with our bold vision and mission. This role involves shaping our marketing strategies, managing objectives, expanding online sales, and building our marketing and sales department. The ideal candidate will not only create and implement strategies but also lead and mentor a team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Online Marketing Campaigns:
    • Lead and manage all online marketing campaigns with clear funnels and seamless sales direction.
    • Structure all funnels into a cohesive value ladder to ensure a consistent flow of leads and sales year-round.
    • Standardize marketing campaigns for easy replication.
    • Optimize landing page content to enhance efficiency, persuasiveness, and conversion rates.
    • Occasionally write copy for specific campaigns and public announcements..
  2. Managing Visuals and Design:
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of all visual content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
    • Provide feedback and direction to ensure that all designs meet the company’s standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness.
    • Ensure consistency across all visual elements, maintaining a cohesive look and feel that reflects the brand’s mission and vision.
  3. Planning, Innovation, and Market Research:
    • Develop policies and clear objectives for the marketing department.
    • Build and implement a yearly marketing plan with detailed tasks and targets.
    • Conduct in-depth research to build and continuously refine customer avatars.
    • Generate and analyze results, producing reports and guidelines to optimize future campaigns.
    • Explore new markets and opportunities, identifying trends and technologies that affect our industry.
    • Analyze competitors and define our unique selling propositions.
    • Evaluate key metrics impacting website traffic, sales, and target audiences.
  4. WhatsApp Business Management:
    • Launch and manage WhatsApp business funnels and strategies, linking them with landing pages.
    • Execute effective sales campaigns over WhatsApp for various markets and customer avatars.
    • Set and achieve clear sales targets for the WhatsApp business.
  5. Social Media Management:
    • Create cohesive strategies and directions for social media marketing.
    • Ensure a seamless flow from social media engagement to final sales.
    • Grow our brand’s reach, influence, and sales, generating new leads and subscribers.
    • Develop effective marketing strategies for our products across all social media platforms.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Provide direction, support, and development opportunities to team members to achieve departmental goals.
  7. Coordination with Other Departments:
    • Align marketing strategies with the direction of our advertising agency.
    • Collaborate with the advertising agency to optimize campaign results.
    • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance.
    • Monitor campaign budgets and coordinate with the VIP sales department to systematize the sales process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction across all products and services, including customer care.
  8. Building the Marketing Department:
    • Develop a solid strategy for the marketing and sales department with clear direction and growth plans.
    • Align the brand’s vision, mission, and style with the marketing direction to create a cohesive vision.
    • Establish a long-term plan to achieve our vision for 2030.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a marketing manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and mass selling.
  • Experience in building and leading a marketing department from scratch.
  • Ability to run effective digital campaigns that convert into sales, with a full understanding of online sales flow.
  • Strong leadership skills and mastery in copywriting, particularly in Arabic.
  • Innovative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • A keen eye for branding and an understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of visual branding, design principles, and creative direction.
  • Experience managing designers or creative teams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ability to align design outputs with overall marketing and sales strategies.
