General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations, team management, and strategic direction of our remote team. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on management, working closely with the founder and team to ensure the company operates at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Remote Management
    • Manage and lead a remote team to ensure efficiency, engagement, and alignment with company goals.
    • Oversee freelancers and outsourced staff, ensuring their work meets our high standards.
    •  Set weekly and monthly goals for the team, conducting regular meetings to track progress and maintain focus.
    • Optimize team performance by establishing clear KPIs and continuously refining processes to improve time management and output.
  2. Project & Operations Management
    • Lead and manage key projects including product launches, courses, retreats, and services, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Act as the primary point of connection between the founder and the team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
    • Document and stabilize operations to ensure continuity and adaptability, even during periods of change.
  3. Strategic Execution
    • Execute the company’s strategy in line with our mission and values, ensuring all divisions work in synergy towards the company’s goals.
    • Translate the founder’s vision into tangible action plans and oversee their implementation across the team.
    • Apply the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) alongside the EOS facilitator, ensuring its effective implementation across all departments.
  4. Financial Oversight
    • Monitor and oversee the company’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and strategic use of resources.
  5. Process Development & Accountability
    • Develop clear protocols and procedures to streamline operations across all areas of the business.
    • Build an organizational matrix, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and an accountability framework for the team.
    • Set accountability metrics, action plans, and reward systems to ensure high performance.
    • Establish decision-making authority and processes to enhance efficiency and protect company interests.
  6. High-Level Client & Event Coordination
    • Manage high-level client interactions and VIP events, including talks, interviews, and exclusive retreats.
    • Serve as the representative of the founder in high-level meetings and public engagements.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, with a proven track record in strategic planning and team management.
  • Experience leading a remote team and familiarity with the latest tools and best practices for remote work.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate vision into actionable plans and manage complex projects.
  • A strong leadership presence, with the ability to balance empathy and assertiveness in managing and mentoring a diverse team.
