General Manager & Execution Lead

What You Will Actually Do (Your Core Mission)
1. Operational Leadership & Launch Command
The “On-the-Ground” General Manager
- You run the daily operational pulse of the company.
- You ensure every department, freelancer, and partner is aligned, accountable, and moving in sync.
- You lead execution from the front, not from an ivory tower.
Launch Ownership (Pre / During / Post)
- You fully own the launch cycle for products, courses, programs, and retreats.
- You act as the central nervous system during launches:
- Tech stack
- Funnels
- Copy
- Timelines
- Team readiness
- You obsess over the tiny details because you understand they directly drive sales and trust.
- When something breaks, you fix it — immediately.
Process, Discipline & Accountability
- You lead the implementation of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or a similar accountability framework.
- KPIs are not “tracked” — they are owned.
- You create clarity, structure, and execution discipline across the entire organization.
2. Cultural Architecture & Team Connection
The Culture Glue
- In a remote-first environment, you are responsible for the emotional and operational cohesion of the team.
- You ensure people feel:
- Seen

Talent Optimization
- You identify performance bottlenecks early.
- You coach, correct, restructure, or replace with empathy and decisiveness.

3. Strategic Partnership with the Founder

- You translate it into clear plans, timelines, owners, and outcomes.
- You are the architect who turns big ideas into executable reality.
Founder Protection
- You act as a filter and decision-maker on operational matters.
- You protect the Founder’s time, energy, and focus.
- You escalate only what truly matters.
4. Event & VIP Management
High-Touch Execution
- You personally oversee the coordination and execution of:
- Retreats
- VIP events
- High-level client experiences
- You represent the brand on the ground.
- You ensure every detail delivers a flawless, premium experience.

You are fluent in tools like Slack, CRMs (preferably Zoho), GPT, Gimini, and digital funnels.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a General Manager, Operations Lead, Integrator, Chief of Staff, or Execution Lead.
- Proven track record owning and executing digital launches with direct revenue responsibility.
- Strong experience implementing EOS or similar accountability systems.
- Experience managing events, retreats, or high-touch programs is a major advantage.
- Deep alignment with personal growth, leadership, and mission-driven work.
