2.2 Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials, videos, and digital content are the exclusive property of Be YOU / Kon Ant.
• You may not download, share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission signed by Be YOU / Kon Ant or Dr. Ihab Hamarneh.
• If Be YOU / Kon Ant or Dr. Ihab Hamarneh finds out that any videos, courses, or materials were recorded, downloaded, and sold without written consent, the violating party is obligated to pay a fine of $100,000 USD, and Be YOU / Kon Ant has the right to take legal action in Jordan or any country in the Middle East.
• Any unauthorized distribution will result in legal action.

2.3 Course & Retreat Participation

• Our courses and retreats are designed for personal transformation and self-development.
• Dr. Ihab Hamarneh is NOT a doctor, psychologist, or licensed therapist.
• Our services should not be considered a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

2.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued unless in exceptional circumstances approved by the Be YOU / Kon Ant team.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase.
• The company reserves the right to reject refund requests at its discretion.
• Participants who violate our guidelines may be removed from the program without a refund.

2.5 User Conduct & Legal Protection

• Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow attendees.
• Any harassment, stalking, or defamation towards Be YOU / Kon Ant, Dr. Ihab Hamarneh, or team members will result in immediate legal action.
• You waive any right to file legal claims against Be YOU / Kon Ant or its representatives for dissatisfaction with the training content.

2.6 Liability Waiver for Events & Retreats

• Be YOU / Kon Ant and Dr. Ihab Hamarneh take no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, risks, deaths, or harm that may occur during retreats or any live events.
• Participants assume all risks associated with attending in-person events.

2.7 Consent for Use of Photos & Videos

• By attending any live events or retreats, participants consent to being recorded, and Be YOU / Kon Ant has full rights to use these recordings for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.
• Participants do not have the right to request removal of their photos or videos from published content.

3. Disclaimer

3.1 No Medical Advice

• The courses, retreats, and services offered by Be YOU / Kon Ant are not medical treatments.
• Dr. Ihab Hamarneh does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.
• All content is based on personal experiences and knowledge.

3.2 Personal Responsibility

• You assume full responsibility for your actions, experiences, and results from applying course materials.
• The company is not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes of participation.

3.3 Confidentiality & Non-Sharing

• Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all group discussions.
• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Legal Recourse

• Violation of these terms, including unauthorized content use or harassment, may result in legal action.
• Be YOU / Kon Ant reserves the right to take legal action in Jordan or any Middle Eastern country if any participant is found selling or misusing content.
• The violating party is obligated to pay a fine of $100,000 USD, which they accept upon agreeing to these terms.
• The company reserves the right to pursue damages and take necessary legal steps against violators.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Amman- Jordan.
• Any disputes must first be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings.
